Amy Longard is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and trained chef (National Gourmet Institute in NYC).   As a nutritional consultant and health coach, she’s passionate about helping people overcome health challenges and reaching their goals.  She loves dogs, vegan food, happiness, and riding her bike.  Learn more about Amy on her website.

Chef Ian Lipski

rsz_ian_lipskiChef Ian Lipski was trained in London England in French Haute Cuisine, and has more than 30 years of experience. He is currently the head chef at The Table Vegetarian Restaurant. Working creatively from the ground up to make uniquely vegetarian fare, Ian is personally responsible for over 200 vegetarian recipes, which you can find on his website, thevegetariankitchen.com

 

Pamela Tourigny

pamela bio picPamela has a passion for cooking as little as possible, and this informs her recipes and presentation style.  A vegan of more than 11 years, she co-founded Ottawa Veg Fest as well as the Vegan Eats Ottawa guide, which has helped thousands of people figure out where they can eat out (and thus avoid cooking.)  She is a marketing and communications expert, and mostly offers business consulting services, but every so often she’ll share her culinary shortcuts on her blog.  Pamela is the recipient of the Ottawa mayor’s City Builder Award for community service.

Véronique Daoust

veroVéro is a healthy, wholesome plant-based food enthusiast. She operates Naturally Véro, a delivery prepared meals service that specializes in plant-based and gluten-free meals for busy people.  In the past Vero struggled with eating disorders but found help and found support through yoga, meditation and cooking. From juices and smoothies to raw salads and desserts, her recipes feature delicious healthy ingredients.


Chef Resa Solomon-St. Louis

resa linkedinResa Solomon-St. Lewis is the Chef-Owner of Baccanalle, a local food company specializing in Caribbean & Soul Lifestyle Foods – prepared meals, catering, specialty foods and drinks.  Vegan and essentially gluten-free dishes are among Chef Resa’s specialities and she is looking forward to sharing some of her favourite ways to “Spice it Up” through EYVI.  She completed Chef Training (with honours) at Algonquin College and also holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Ottawa. Chef Resa is the 2015 Embassy Chef Challenge Champion, 2015 Beechwood Market Chef Cookoff Winner and was a finalist in the 2016 Ottawa Faces Awards – Chef Category.
